Flexible, weather-resistant mortar for stone joints. Prevents water ingress and weed growth.

Used to remove algae, moss, organic staining, and efflorescence before re-sealing.
Natural stone sealer
Impregnating sealers for sandstone and limestone. Protects without changing the surface appearance (or enhances colour, depending on product chosen).

Inspect every flag and joint. Identify what needs lifting and relaying vs re-jointing vs cleaning.

Lifting and relaying
Sunken or rocking flags lifted, bed corrected, relaid at the correct level and fall.

Joint raking
Old mortar joints raked out mechanically to a depth of 20–25mm.

Cleaning
Patio cleaned with appropriate product and pressure washed.

Re-pointing
New pointing compound worked into the joints.

Sealing
Sealer applied once the pointing has cured.
